He/she is 18 years or older. To provide shelter, fresh water, proper food and adequate companionship at all times. The dog will be kept primarily indoors and proper restraint will be used when outside. To provide adequate vet care such as annual veterinary examination, vaccinations, medications as directed, and flea preventive. To arrange with Safe Home Rescue for sterilization procedure if the dog is too young to sterilize at the time of adoption. To follow positive reinforcement training methods. To notify Safe Home Rescue if for any reason adopter is unable to keep this dog, and Safe Home Rescue will find an appropriate home. A refund of the adoption fee will be provided within 30 days of adoption, the adoption fee will not be refunded after 30 days. Transfer of ownership of this pet is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization of Safe Home Rescue.
